HOWEVER, just because a country is a signatory does not always mean that they abide by the convention. We suggest you only use this list as a guide, and also see other relevant information in this section, as it will also list those other countries who are NON COMPLIANT or the Convention have deep concerns over due to lack of enforcement on the orders. If someone says to you that the Hague is not worth the paper it is written on, chances are some of these listed countries is so true.
