Is our system wanting to punish the kids yet again by sending them back to what can only be best described as a \'loony\' mother.? As a woman and mother of 3 i am ashamed of many women out there using the sexual abuse claim as a last resort to hang on to their children. Shame on you women who do that. I hope the father is successful in keeping the children here, he sure deserves some decent break. I think DCD needs to talk to the children and explain exactly what will happen if they go back to Switzerland that it\'s they are not going back for a holiday it is for good. I mean what type of law system do we have here where a women can ellegally abduct 2 children with fake passports and smuggle them into Switzerland and get away with it, and secondly what type of life are the children going to have in Switzerland where the children are going to have to learn the language when they are perfectly happy in Australia and looks like settling down for the first time in their lives. I feel so sorry for the father and what this women has put him and his family through and just hope that justice will be done. In reading the judgement it is quite clear that the Mother never accepted the judges previous judgment that the Father had not indecently dealt with his daughter so what makes the judge think she will accept and abide by the latest decision. I bet these kids will end up with further major psychological damage and who is to blame the Judge firstly for sending them back, closely follwed by DCD and of course the Mother. The Father has obviously not been given a chance when in six years it seems he has only in the last weeks had normal contact with his children. Lets face it as woman we have a lot of power and this shows of a woman who is hell bent on destroying any relationship between the children and Father and now can contue to do so with the blessing of the courts and DCD. I hope the Judge and DCD can sleep at night!! I wish the Father is all the best with his appeal. You set up a status quo in hiding where the father can\'t possibly see the children and indoctrinate the children against the father. If a male does it it is seen as aggressive, controlling, abduction / kidnapping, brainwashing and/or emotionally abusive. If the woman does it it is \'over concern\', over protectiveness or just over anxious mothering etc. What a crock! The Mother seems to have won by denying the father the chance for a normal relationship with the kids whilst comitting a federal crime and going into hiding and then gets rewarded for it. Why has she not had to be held accountable for her actions by the courts or police, how weak is this country that passport fraud is acceptable...............or is it acceptable because it is a mother commiting the crime, it would be very interesting how this situation would have panned out if a Father had done all that this Mother has done. No doubt a Male would be in jail! I hope the Father will fight back, I would if it were me. It is clear from the summation what the Mother would do to the kids emotionally if they went back to her and I would like to know how all the things the judge has asked to happen in switzerland can be proved? The Mother obviously knows people there and who knows whether she will actually seek the help or whether she will just get letters saying that she has and will fulfil all requirements. DCD has done absolutely nothing for the Father. It is clear that they had it in for him. Even the judge says that ! If these children are sent back to the Mother that has only one agenda then I hope the Judge will hold herself personally responsible for the outcome that is to follow, talk about a bias feminist system. The Father was NEVER given a chance with DCD determined to destroy any relationship that was trying to develop, I bet if he did not have the DCD involved in his children\'s and his lives he would actually have a relationship that was far more loving and stable than what they are to be returned to with the Mother, which as I read it is a twisted Mother who has no family support ( No wonder ) compared to a loving Father who has obviously been to hell and back in order to try have his children in his life along with a partner and her child and supportive family members. The allegations the Mother has made have obviously been for one purpose only and that is to cut the Father from their lives. They can, and do, make up the rules as they go. There must be a judicial commission set up, with lay people on board, to keep the courts honest. One expects the same set of rules to be applied to all parties in all cases. I have not read the case, as it has been removed, but can only suspect that it exhibits bias to one party. It is intolerable that a result in court depends on whether you wear pants or a skirt. With no oversight over courts (or lawyers) the system, overseen by themselves in secret onclave, can do as it wishes. Graham Thu, 10 Aug 2006 22:23:24 +0100 http://www.hugurkids.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=93&Itemid=64#pc_29 This case is familiar to me as back in 2000 or 2001 (can\'t quite remember now) I witnessed a custody handover of these children in a public carpark in Carlisle & believe me I have never forgotten it, that little girl screamed the whole suburb down as she fought whilst being put into her father\'s car. Later that day I saw the mother and she had the children back with her and she brought M over and the little girl asked me to help her. Now I am not saying that the mother hasn\'t put things into the child\'s head, however apparently the father\'s side accused me of already knowing this woman and making it all up (never met her before in mylife). The mother did seem a bit over the top in what she disclosed to me, but I thought maybe is just her culture or pure desperation for her children? Whatever the truth is, we will probably never really know for sure and all I can say is I hope the true parent who really loves and cares for these children will have justice prevail and pray that the children can recover from such a insecure and troubled childhood.!!!
