Due to the inadequate and unjust decision recently handed down in Perth Family Court, HUKO International in conjunction with other likeminded and outraged organisations are taking up collections to aid and help the (Edited) Family in Perth.

The funds raised will go towards their court costs which in all likelihood will go the Australian High Court of Appeals.

The importance of this case is all to evident for ALL Parental Child Abduction cases, this latest outcome only goes to open the flood gates for any parent wishing to parentally abduct their child or children and use the false accusations and alienation techniques this mother is using she is of course of Switzerland

Currently the father who resides in Perth has spent many thousands of dollars battling court systems and government departments hell bent on keeping his children away from him, when factual evidence says he is a decent and caring father only wishing to be part of his children's lives.

Any parent can become the next victim of this heinous act, and allowing this case to succeed without intervention and have the children sent back to Switzerland only strengthens the need to have this ridiculous decision by (Local Perth Magistrate of the Family Court) over turned via the appeals process.

The Swiss Government sent the children back to Australia as they felt the children's best interests were best served by being back in Australia with the father, now the Australian Family Court in conjunction with DCD have done a handball and are determined to have the children sent back to the child abductor (mother), who has not been to see her children in over 16 months, only based on her fear of a criminal conviction for using false passports to shuffle the children out of Australia.

(Read the full judgement - Judgement removed by formal request of Perth detectives) and decide for yourself today whether Fathers Rights, let alone any parent's rights are being upheld in Australian Courts.

Footnote: The Swiss Authorities are currently trying to pass or should we say RUSH through legislation that will stop these kinds of cases in Switzerland ever happening again, apparently the Swiss people think the 2 children in this case are Swiss Nationals.? Ironic when the 2 children at the centre of this furore were born in Perth. WA.

So much for Switzerland being a neutral country, well i guess they are when it suits them.

She has been forced to live and hide in desperation as any mother would do and unfortunately dad has kept the ugliness going instead of trying to work out some sort of visition schedule which he is absolutely entitled to. why doesn't he try that first instead of dragging the children through hell. Somebody has to step down and be the better parent and do whats right for the child/children

I have a crappy relationship with my children's father, but i would never in a lifetime do what this so called loving mother has done, yes these children must be confused, traumatised, but AUSTRALIA is there homeland. Would you want your own children if you had any to have to forcibly give up their home, and culture only to go back to an abusive environment.? I know willingly i would not. Before you go condemning the father, see the lengths he has gone through to keep his children and provide a good home life, this is all set out in the judgement. Personally i don't know the father i have read this case/story with interest as all parents including myself may also be in this position potentially at some stage in life, and by god i don't know if i could go through what this father has endevoured to put up with. I'm all for equla parenting, but abducting children NOT ON YOUR LIFE - you should be directing your ire towards the mother who has done what she has. And then get yourself a life..!!!

If he loves his kids so much, why doesn't he let them alone and let them have some stability. It really has to be time to give up now and give the kids a chance at life.
