Whilst i am sympathetic to Ken Thompson's situation, after reading more stories on this case i become alittle disappointed. Seems if you hold some type of position in this country, then your case not only gets fast tracked, and all the available government departments almost falling over themselves to help, but all these little extra provisions are given to those in authoritive positions over everyday mum's and dad's - and that sucks bigtime in our eyes..!!!!

I just wish ALL parents got the same help as Mr Thompson has.

Most parents are left floundering with BS responses from our own Central Authority such as 'sorry it's not a Hague country' or simply 'you'll have to get a lawyer'.

What about if you CANNOT afford a lawyer.?

This country and it's laws are so out of date and out of touch with general society..

We hope Mr Thompson is re-united with his son, as well as all those other left behind parents. - Geoff - HUKO
