Have you tried filing for just visitations with State Court or through the Hague Convention. He can\'t just keep your children away from you as I\'m pretty sure its joint custody over there. You must fight for your children no matter how hard it becomes. He will make big mistakes and you just have to make sure you don\'t. Tape his refusals for you to see your kids and tape your kids distress as well. Keep a log book and write time and dates and keep that book constantly updated.
